We believe that every woman should be able to live and work in a way that feels not just authentic but also sustainable.

We believe that no woman should have to burn herself out in the pursuit of success.

We believe you should be able to make the difference you want to in the world in a way that works for you and, more than that, in a way that brings you joy.

Even before the pandemic, many of us felt challenged by the conflicting push and pulls of home and work with a sense that we could not achieve all we wanted in any of the spheres of our life. The last few years have only increased this through the challenges of lockdowns, hybrid working and the ongoing economic unrest. Stress levels and rate of burnout continue to rise across the board, especially as women, we feel like the spinning plates of our lives become more and more precarious.

And yet, the sense of desire for growth and opportunity persists for many of us. In the corporate world, nearly 40% of women say they are actively looking for new roles citing a lack of opportunities to develop and progress. And amongst entrepreneurs, the sense of vision and calling to create even more is still there.  We want more – it’s just that many of us aren’t convinced we can actually have it without negative consequences.

SOAR is designed for women like you who recognise in themselves the call to stand up and stand out but who are seeking clarity on how to do that in a way that serves to support and empower them.

You want to build strong foundations so that you can thrive now and in the future, as you take flight, becoming the leader you want to be and the world needs you to be.

SOAR is for women just like you.

SOAR brings together the key foundations that Sarae and Jen have worked on with hundreds of clients and all of their combined experience in supporting you to create significant transformation and find new levels of joy in all you do.

you will end soar...

Meet Sarae Pratt, Coach and Trainer for women leaders
Meet Jen Goddard, coach and trainer for women leaders

Jen Goddard
MSci (Hons), ICF ACC

Before becoming a coach and trainer, Jen spent 17 years working as an actuary in the UK life insurance industry at the same time as having a young family. Having lived the experience of many women of doing the ‘spinning plates’ routine of life juggling a corporate career and family, she has learned for herself the importance of developing and embodying this new approach to leadership.

Her passion is in supporting women from the earliest stages of leadership to grow into an authentic and sustainable approach that empowers them and provides fantastic results for themselves, their organisations, and beyond. When she’s not coaching and training she can mostly be found on the beach in her hometown of Bournemouth with her husband, two boys and greyhound.

We recognise that women need to be able to be agile in how we show up in the world, recognising the energy we want to bring to any situation and being able to step into it with ease. For women, being able to bring a feminine way of being can be transformational for ourselves, our teams, and the results we achieve.

At times, a masculine approach can be needed short term, however, in the long term, many women find constantly working from masculine energy risks fatigue and burnout. When we can bring our feminine energy, we are empowered to lead and work in a way that feels both authentic and sustainable.

If you are ready to explore a new way of living, working and being then join us in SOAR.

The group is assembling – are you going to be part of it?

We can’t wait to kick off our next cohort in October 2024 and would love you to be a part of this inspiring group of women.

Don’t worry – we totally recognise life might get in the way so training sessions will be recorded and shared in our online community.

The coaching circle, due to their more intimate and personal nature, is not recorded.

The workshops will be for all participants, however, the coaching circles will max out at 6 members and new circles are added.

Jump into our online community – ask your questions, pose your dilemma and seek advice or experience from Sarae, Jen and your new wise friends. You can also drop in to share a win and celebrate it!

We’re not keen either! We’ll be using Heartbeat – a purpose built tool for group programmes.

It is really easy to use on your mobile, on your computer or in a Google tab and you can set up the notifications to suit your preferences.

We want to make SOAR as financially accessible as possible. We offer an early bird price and various payment plans.

Need something different to the payment buttons? Like invoicing your employer, we can do that too.

We want to ensure these places enable the folks from diverse backgrounds, who otherwise may not get the opportunity to participate in this sort of longer programme.

Full information on the application process will be made available during masterclass 2 on 26th March.
